This Privacy Policy applies to the Daily Nutrition Notes mobile application, together with related services operated by DOBRZAŃSKI SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). DOBRZAŃSKI SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Application is intended as a personal journaling and lifestyle tracking utility for meals, snacks, drinks, notes, well-being observations, favorites, settings, reminders, calendar filters, and exportable logs. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, nutrition plans, or medical recommendations.
Information collection and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information on external servers when you download and use it. Registration is not required. Your journal entries are intended to remain stored locally on your own device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
No account required
No registration, login, account dashboard, or authorization is required for basic use.
No sale of data
The Service Provider does not sell personal information or journal records.
No third-party sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information, no collected app data is shared with third parties.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no collected app data is disclosed to third parties.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data from normal Application use. Meals, snacks, drinks, notes, observations, favorites, reminders, settings, calendar filters, and exportable logs are intended to remain locally on the user’s device.
Because the Service Provider does not store this Application data on external servers, there is no server-side retention period for normal app journal data. Local data remains on the device until the user edits it, deletes it, clears local data, uninstalls the Application, or resets the device according to device settings.
Data Deletion
The Application includes local data management controls. Users can delete entries, clear local journal data, export records to CSV for personal backup, or uninstall the Application to remove locally stored Application data from the device, subject to the device operating system’s behavior.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another external channel, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided communication information by contacting support@dobrzanski.it.com.
Children, security, and changes
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age if required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from server-side storage is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. Users should protect their own device with appropriate device-level safeguards.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date.
